[REVIEW] I’m Cute, Thanks Ari.

It’s been a long time since I’ve done anything that is even remotely like a review, let alone a skin review. I used to do them all the time, and for a few stores I would love to do them for still, but I won’t ever ask creators for things. I’m not that type of blogger. Check my review policy and it’ll clear up my way of blogging. Regardless, Skin Fair is here and many of our usual suspects are all over but I’m pretty sure this is Dead Apples first time there, unless they’ve been there with tattoo layers.

They have Ari at Skin Fair and pretty much, since I put the demo on, it was a “I need this” reaction. The Mister agreed and there you go. The skin itself is only 799, with all it’s different eyebrows (three of them, shown) and two types of lips (shown) plus freckles and extra dewyness for the face (shown). All of that, 799L. If you’re not a mesh wearer, that’s a steal. If you wear the hands and feet, you can pick those up for 250L, and then your Lolas are another 150L, and your Ass is another 150L. All in all, the price rounds out to the same of most skin stores, so I couldn’t complain. More so, the skin comes with a eyebrowless base, in case you want to wear your own. This is a need for me, as I like to change my eyebrows a lot.

The only thing I could think of that it needs, is for the Lolas, a base shirt layer to help with the side blending a bit. I know my picture does the skin a lot of justice, and it is 100% untouched other then to put all of the images together, but there is some side boob going on the opposite side, and I’d love to have that gone. Beyond that, pretty happy and I look forward to more Dead Apples skin releases. God, I’m so fucking cute.

If the SL gods exist, they listened to my cry. I’ve been looking for new skins and was coming up empty handed. It’s hard to buy skins when you buy most of them as soon as they get released and I was growing tired of the one I had been wearing for a long duration when these amazing skins from esuga magically appeared. Yes, a wild skin appeared! In all seriousness, these have to be some of the cutest skins I have ever seen on the grid.

Victoria, the newest face from ESUGA comes in three tones plus two “specialty” tones in the form of a Dark Elf/Drow and a Kamael tone, a race from Lineage 2. This post features on a few select make-up options available for purchase at the store, as there are more even for the specialty tones shown above. I personally love the teeth on these, though a little bit of mouth tweaking may need to be done to adjust for them. Still, the skins come with a non-teeth version as well so don’t fret if you’re not in to the whole teeth thing. They also include a cleavage and non-cleavage option and multiple brow colour options including brown, blond, black and red.

All of these show the brown brown and cleavage enhanced versions with teeth and these are only a select few of the make-up. Still, the overall is pretty damn amazing. The skin stays cute even with heavier make-up and there are plenty of colourful as well as fresher, less done up options too like the one above on the left, called “Velveteen”. GlowCoral, the second in the picture is a definite favorite of mine. The lip colour is a perfect mix of pink without too much. Cobalt, the third also follows suit though changing it up a little with some bronzer on the cheeks and Geisha on the end is a more dramatic make-up that I love for all the extra blush dusted across the cheeks.

Honestly, if you haven’t tried on any Esuga skins yet I do highly suggest heading over and picking up a demo. They have amazing body shading as well as adorable faces for people who look for more wide-eyed and cute options around the grid. The store also has probably one of the most amazing music streams I’ve heard around and fantastic eyes if you’re in the market for new ones.

Book it on over to Esuga @ NEO Aquel.
